How can we capture and refine optimal user journeys and build a self-service application to improve debt recovery?

With millions of people about to come off furlough and rising unemployment rates, defaults on bills has never been so high.

Bad debt and defaulted payments were an issue before the global pandemic and the situation has only got worse. This is causing issues with debt recovery and produces a huge amount of work to process. As well as demand into your contact centre.

Traditional back end systems are not known for their flexibility. By using low-code you can automate this process, giving customers a self-serve portal. Customers can interact with an automated workflow and bots to renegotiate, request a new plan, and find ways to avoid defaulting. Preapproved limits are auto processed and only exceptions require an operator.

Low-code is the easiest way to develop business applications, fast. It’s essentially process automation on steroids. You map the process you want to create – including steps, actions and end points – and the software takes care of the rest.

And because building apps in low-code is so fast, we will create a working prototype by the end of the festival.
