How might we collaborate with other employers/partners to create a shared, candidatefriendly entry assessment that improves access and mobility for early talent (especially NEET), while creating a measurable social value story and positive impact on the communities we serve? 

 1.     A defined shared assessment concept (what it is, who it’s for, what it measures, and how “talent passon” works in practice).

 

2.     A prototype candidate journey & employer journey (something to test)

 

3.     A draft measurement framework for social value (what could be measured and evidenced)

 

4.     A partner/sponsor proposition outline (why partners would join)

 

5.     A “next 30 days” action plan to validate with partners and progress
