How might we accelerate live sprint solutions and existing ideas: 10x impact & 10x faster
Data-driven decisions can accurately assist us in improving customer experience, meet stakeholder expectations, and achieve goals collaboratively. We have several areas within our Business Plan that require support to improve how data is collected, managed, and reported within a single view.
Maps and geospatial tools can deliver powerful outcomes. We will explore how these, alongside the latest AI and machine learning capabilities, can provide a clear path to success. In addition, we will help others at the Festival realise these benefits by providing technical expertise and developing proof of concepts.
We aim to understand the solutions that Esri can offer to support AMP8 requirements.
While focusing on key business processes within Catchments, Estates, and Conservation, we will also support other sprints by providing knowledge, expertise, and development resources to bring their ideas to life through demonstrable prototypes.
We will work closely with the business to understand their challenges, assess their current state, and define their desired future state, highlighting the associated benefits.
We will have demonstrations and presentations from relevant partners to explore what is possible. These insights will help inform a chosen direction, enabling us to build a working proof of concept using geospatial tools.
We will also select a series of sprints to attend and review. By collaborating with these teams, we will propose potential solutions using geospatial software, helping bring their ideas to life. At the end of the week, we will present evidence-based outcomes to support approval for further development.
We want a clear way forward in dealing with key problems within the business.
This will include proposed design and solution alongside the technology that will underpin this.
We are looking for Estates, Conservation and Catchment teams within the business to represent their needs and work with us in designing a potential solution.
We will be looking for guest speakers to present use cases from other sectors.
We are actively looking to help bring other Sprint solutions to live using Geospatial software.
