Together, we will explore the current and future skills needs across Levels 2 - 7 (GCSE to Masters), and co-design imaginative, practical solutions for skilling, upskilling, and reskilling young people and the existing workforce. Through creative, cross-sector collaboration, we want to align education and training provision with real-world demand - paving the way for a future-ready workforce that underpins inclusive and sustainable regional growth.
