Reducing carbon in construction.
We are in a climate crisis, and making reductions to carbon emissions from all aspects of our business activities is a priority. Construction works and other activities delivered by Capital Delivery generate significant carbon emissions leaving a heavy carbon footprint.
This sprint will focus on how we can drive carbon from our construction projects, bringing in experts from our delivery teams and industry to deep dive into this complex area. We’ll challenge ourselves by asking the question of how we could deliver a truly net zero construction project. We’ve made fantastic progress at the Innovation Festivals in 2021 and 2022, and the outcomes generated by these sprints has already delivered real value and progressed us along our net zero journey.
