This sprint is taking place at Newcastle Racecourse 10 - 13 July

Businesses account of around one third of our water consumption and for the first time the industry has been given a target to reduce how much businesses use, but how can we work together to preserve water for future generations whilst also meeting the need for economic growth?

Business water use is a much more varied and complex process compared to households, with many stakeholders (Wholesalers, Retailers, End Users and Brokers and Buying Organisations to name a few) so our aim is to understand where water is used, identify areas of potential waste, and attempt to push innovative solutions to save water.

What innovative solutions could be developed to support businesses reduce their water consumption? What tools could be created to help relevant industry segments establish a clear investment case for the change?
