What do we need to do to help our employees be ready for increased levels of technology?

We have been introducing new systems and technology into our business for some time.
But we’ve noticed that not all of our colleagues are embracing its use and there is concern that skills may become redundant.
With this in mind, we want to explore in this sprint what new systems and technology really mean for working at Northumbrian Water. What do we need to consider to make our relationship with future technology enhancing for employees; how can we help our colleagues get ready for future technological developments and embrace them as an opportunity, not see them as a threat; and how do we help people feel liberated from mundane, routine tasks which tech can do so much better than humans and excited about delivering the services which human beings do best?
